What we collect and why
For the Free / Portfolio waitlist, we store your email address, selected plan, signup date, email-confirmation status, optional feature priorities and project description, and the version of your notification request. For Creator Pro and Studio registrations, we also store your name, creator/studio type, optional or required studio name as shown in the form, team size, country, an optional phone number, and a securely derived password hash. We never store the password itself.
We use this information to record interest, administer your registration and notify you when the platform becomes available. Launch email notifications rely on your consent (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Managing a registration and password recovery relies on steps you request before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b)). Protecting the service and investigating abuse relies on our legitimate interest in operating a secure website (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use this list for unrelated marketing or automated decisions about you.
Your choices
Requesting a launch notification is voluntary. You can browse the site without joining a list. Fields marked optional are not required. Registration does not buy a product, guarantee priority or create a paid subscription. Please do not include confidential information in the project description or feature request. An optional phone number is used only to contact you about your registration; providing it is not consent to unrelated phone marketing.
Who can access the data
Access is limited to authorized Jet.Cafe personnel and contracted service providers who need it to operate the website, maintain infrastructure and support registrations. They may process data only for those purposes and under appropriate confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell your data. Where processing involves transfers outside the EEA, applicable data-protection safeguards are required.
Retention
Registrations accepted without email confirmation are retained for up to 24 months after signup. Where email confirmation is required, unconfirmed registrations are removed after 30 days and confirmed registrations are retained for up to 24 months, unless you withdraw earlier or choose to enter a separate service agreement. Expired verification and recovery tokens are deleted automatically. Security rate-limit identifiers expire within an hour or the stated blocking window and are purged after expiry. Password-reset links expire after 30 minutes; email-confirmation and removal links after seven days. Delivered email body content is cleared from the queue. Backups, if enabled, should have a maximum 30-day retention and be restored with deletions reapplied.
Cookies and security
We use strictly necessary first-party cookies for request protection and, for authorized administrators only, an eight-hour login session. A visitor who signs in to check their interest registration is not given access to the platform or an administrator session. This version uses no advertising, analytics or third-party tracking cookies.
Your rights and withdrawal
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Withdraw launch-email consent at any time through Manage my registration or by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your competent data-protection authority; in Poland this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO), uodo.gov.pl.
This registration service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect registrations from children.
